Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- If damaged goods or wrong products were received please email us over at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of delivery. We will issue return label, and upon receipt of the damaged/incorrect product we will send replacement. Products must be returned in original and "brand new" condition.
- All returns or refunds must be received no later than 15 days following claim. Also we are not able to swap any damaged product after the first 7 days of delivery and no filed claim. No returns or exchanges on sale, markdown products, or gift cards as they are treated as final sale items.
- If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description of the problem and proof of purchase. We are, however, unable to provide a return label, and you are responsible for shipping.
- Orders must be returned in unused condition and arrive in the same condition they were received. You will be issued a refund when product is received by us.
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Once you get an email with a tracking number your product was shipped out.
- For International, please select the desired international shipping rate at checkout.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO? We unfortunately do not ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO locations, sorry for the inconvenience.
- What if the product is out of stock? Generally products out of stock will be indicated on the product page, and an estimated availability date will be listed. If you ordered multiple products and one is out of stock we would email you asking to hold your order until both are available to reduce shipping logistics and be less wasteful. If this is an issue please email us at email@example.com and we will best take care of your needs!
- Where are you shipping from and how long will my order take to arrive? All orders are made in Los Angeles, CA but shipped from Boise, ID. Orders placed in the US should take 2-5 days to arrive. For international orders allow 5-10 days for products to arrive. If you are experiencing longer than normal delays feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- How will my order be shipped? We use USPS to ship orders in the US and you have the choice for international orders.
- This is going to explain how we use your personal information, which is solely for our internal use only.
- What information is being collected? The only information we collect is the information you provide us to have your order placed which is as followed: your name, your billing address, your shipping address, email address, and credit card information. There are a couple other data points that we collect with the sole purpose to ensure every transaction is a safe, legitimate, and secured one. This includes: IP address, browser type, Refer URL data and cookies.
- What do you do with my information? All data collected is stays solely within our company to help fulfill your order and for us to better understand you as a customer to offer you better service in the future. None of your information is going to be resold, redistributed, or shared with other parties.
